This is a collection of eminent wines, family treasures we take pride in. They symbolize for us our humble devotion to family winemaking.

Our organic BIO wines capture the singular microclimate, the soil, and the grape variety — grown  in harmony with nature with minimum human intervention.

This limited edition comprises wines from the best years with the best potential for fermentation in the bottle, for which the must has been allowed to ferment in barrique barrels for at least six months.

The grapes for this collection come from a regulated harvest with an average load of 1.2 kg per vine. We let the wines age for several months using the "sur lie" technique, occasionally stirring them.

This collection offers you the opportunity to taste extraordinary non-filtered 'live' wines influenced by technology to a bare minimum—they contain practically no sulphur dioxide.

The grape yield in our older vineyards is lower (2600 kg/ha) than in our other vineyards, but the older vineyards possess all the prerequisites for producing extraordinary wines.

Naturally demi-sec or sweet wines are produced only in years when grapes in sun-exposed areas attain a high degree of ripeness, with an average load of 1 kg of grapes per vine. The grapes are of select quality, sometimes botrytized, and ripen late in the autumn.

The ROSE collection is composed of fine wines made from organically produced grapes. The brief maceration period of the blue varieties results in colours that range from orange to pink, a compelling fruity aroma, and characteristic flavour.

VIANTE is made from three demi-sec wines that each contain 0% alcohol.

It may be enjoyed by children, pregnant women, teetotallers, and drivers.

Frizzante is the label for semi-sparkling wine. Its reduced carbon dioxide content supports the fruity flavour and freshness of the wine.

Characterized by their pleasant lightness and fresh, fruity character, the wines that make up the Varietal collection are bottled with a label that symbolizes our region and the location of our drip irrigation vineyards.

This broad assortment includes superlative wines created using contemporary integrated organic production techniques and fermentation technology.

This broad varietal wine palette offers a potpourri of flavour compositions ranging from strong and dry to moderately aromatic, from demi-sec to exotic semi-sweet.
